The Power of Perseverance: A Virtual Event to Support LA Wildfire Relief

Hey there,

Becoming the first legally blind Division 1 athlete taught me how to overcome obstacles and persevere through challenges.

For me it’s not only about football, it’s the little things in life that have caused me to think and act differently to succeed.

This experience has allowed me to share my skillset with the world, showing how we can overcome adversity, shift our perspective, and find gratitude in every situation.

This year the wildfires here in Los Angeles, where I live, destroyed the city.

Thankfully, I’m okay, but many that I know lost everything.

That’s why on March 12th at 12pm PST/3pm EST I’m hosting The Power of Perseverance.

This is a virtual fundraising that will benefit CORE (Community Organized Relief Effort), a global humanitarian organization working to meet the growing needs of vulnerable communities worldwide.

This virtual event will feature experts in the fields of overcoming adversity, mental health and leadership.

Donations of any amount to CORE will grant access to the event, and all funds raised will directly benefit those impacted by the recent Los Angeles area fires and the unprecedented damages those fires caused.

Looking forward to seeing you there!

Aaron

P.S. You can find gratitude within any situation, no matter how challenging and this will help you get through it.
